Q: Can you provide samples for free?

A: Free for stock samples, but for custom samples we will charge you samples fee and express fee and refund samples fee if you release order.

Q: What about MOQ?

A: Normally our MOQ is 500pcs/style/colcor, however small order is also acceptable. Competitive price for large quanltity.

Q: What is your FOB port? Can I do CIF or others?

A: Our usual FOB port is Shanghai ,ni bo. We can also ship the goods to other port if required, 

but extra cost will be covered by customers. 

CIF and other trade terms accepted. We have long term forwarding partners who can offer great delivery service.

Q: What is your payment term?

A: TT(30% deposit and the balance before shipment), Paypal, Western Union.

Other payment term has to be discussed before placing orders.
