2.What shall we do, if we need put logo on the cap/hat/glove/scarf ?

Just send the logo by e-mail, attached the picture by “AI” “PDF” ”EPS” files. We have our own embroidery, printing and jacquard engineer, so they can make the effective disk and our business man can discuss with him very easy. So we will choose a solution to present the logo on the products.

3.Price is a sensitive topic. How do you comment on you price level?

Our producing lines belong to middle level prices at good quality. We would like to work on the long relationship with customers.

4.Do you have any better way to quicken the delivery time?

Since all process on after the approval of samples, the quick correct samples will certainly save much time. We need the customers’ private logos sent us in time by email Al, PDF or EPS format. From the past experience, if the customers want to change the logos or designs after presenting the samples, the repeat samples will take more time. So please ensure there are no misunderstanding for the first time. Our production department arranges all orders in strict rotation of arrival time of T/T deposit or L/C. The earlier the payment reaches us, the sooner the delivery time will be.

5.What is your policy of samples?

Since our samples become more and more popular and there are many customers asking for free samples, our samples policy is all samples(less than 3 pieces) are free of charge, but we have to ask the customer to make the freight collect for express. We need your account number of Fedex, DHL or UPS, then the free samples will be sent out immediately by collected air freight to the customers’ account.

7.What is your usual term of payment?

For small order value less than US$10,000.00, we need 30% deposit by T/T before production. For some buyer, we also accept PAYPAL AND WU. For order value more than US$30,000.00, we accept L/C at sight payment.

8.Do you have a creative team involved in designing cap/hat/gloves/scarf?

Yes, we launch a new collection every year and update our brochures with new items.

9.Have you ever had any communication problem with your clients?

The workable language we use is English. Do look at our website and see how helpful it is to you. We communicate with clients 85% by emails, 15% by phone. We prefer to work through emails, which is easy, quick, convenient, colorful, Our computer system can accept logo artworks by Photo Shop and also the digitized embroidery, printing, and jacquard software without any difficulty. The inquiries by phone is not convenient to us except in emergency or think who the callers are form and what inquiry they have?

10.How do you control your quality?

We have professional QC staffs. There are 4 processes we focus our attention on.

A. To check the bulk fabric quality before production, such as fabric composition, color fastness to washing and light, etc.

B. To check the embroidery or printing production, such as colors, embroidery trim clean, etc.

C. To check the sewing process, seam properties, slippage strength, given seam strength, strength of attachment, etc.

D. To check the finished caps and hats after steam ironing, but before packing.

11.What’s your opinion for small order?

Except for some material have min quantity limitation, actually we don’t have min quantity for normal material. For order below 500pcs.We also accept the order, but we will request additional handling charge for every order.
